Promote respect, understanding, and empathy between people with differing beliefs and across social and ideological divides

• We believe we have much more in common than we have differences.
• In government, we believe that most issues do not need to be polarized between a few irreconcilable stances. We seek to break down the polarization of politics by surfacing the inherent nuance and complexity of problems.
